We are delighted you are booking to come to our Soft Play Cafe! If you cannot book the session you want on here it's because it is FULL. People often cancel so please try again later. You can try sending us a message on Messenger but we cannot guarantee we will see your message before the session starts.
We are often very busy... if you do not arrive after 15minutes we will offer your place to someone waiting- unless you let us know.
PLEASE NOTE we are a cafe and you are not permitted to eat your own food and drink unless you have an allergy that we do not cater for.
Here is our BEHAVIOUR POLICY
1. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+ years old) and remain the sole responsibility of that adult at all times. This adult must remain on site for the whole visit.
2.Only children 8 years and younger are allowed in the frame, an adult may enter to supervise and help their child. Staff member to be consulted if older child needed to go in to help younger sibling.( please check Risk assessment)
3. It is the duty of the supervising adult to ensure that their child is using the play frame and other toys safely, interacting harmoniously with other children and staying in the hall. If your child is displaying challenging behaviour and disrupting a session we will ask parents to sit nearer the play areas so they can monitor children’s behaviour. If challenging behaviour continues you may be asked to leave the premises without a refund. Please speak to member of staff if concerned about another child’s behaviour.
4. Children must not climb up the slides, side netting or the play frame structure.
5. Shoes must be removed and socks must be worn by all users of the play frame. Children should wear clothing suitable for active play
6. Only food & drink purchased at PSPC can be consumed here. We make an exception for any baby foods or specialist dietary foods that we may not have available.
7. No food or drink, sweets or chewing gum may be taken into the play frame. Also
no sharp objects or toys should be taken onto the stage or in the soft play frame.
8. All accidents must be reported to a member of staff and any illness or toilet training leaks must be communicated to staff so can be cleaned appropriately.
9. All damage to PMCH property, accidental or deliberate, must be reported to staff.
10. Customers’ personal possessions remain their sole responsibility. PSPC cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of personal possessions during customer visits.
11. Nappy changing & disposal must take place in the baby changing room. No wipes to be flushed down any toilets. Nappies must not be changed in the café.
12. PSPC may refuse entry or ask children to cease playing if they are unwell or considered to be carrying a contagious illness.
13. PSPC will not tolerate abusive behaviour from adults or children towards staff or other customers. Anyone demonstrating such behaviour may be asked to leave without a refund.
14. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
15. PSPC cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment. Every reasonable step has been taken to control the risk of accidents through the design, maintenance and operation of the facilities. However, it is impossible to eliminate such risks whilst providing a stimulating play environment and parents/guardians should recognise this.
